Gucci Beauty & Burberry Beauty - Brand Management experience

Stepping into the role

I joined Coty EDM as Brand Manager for Gucci Beauty and Burberry Beauty, covering a maternity leave in one of the company’s most strategic regions.
In just a few weeks, I was leading brand operations across more than 40 markets - balancing global storytelling with local market performance.

Two months in, I was invited to present the Gucci Beauty EMEA strategy on stage to over 250 business partners - building a narrative-driven, data-backed keynote that inspired teams and aligned markets around ambitious growth goals.

Driving the business

• Acted as brand guardian, ensuring Gucci and Burberry’s creative identity and business priorities were consistent across all markets.

• Led go-to-market strategies for launches, coordinating timelines and targets with merchandising, trade, media, PR, finance, and supply chain teams.

• Partnered with PR and media to design 360° campaigns tailored to key markets and objectives.

• Supported local distributors in their activation plans, aligning storytelling with measurable results.
